Mr. Anibal Cruz has been accepted into the PhD program in Kinesiology at Concordia University St. Paul with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning.

Anibal Cruz has been accepted into the PhD program in Kinesiology at Concordia University St. Paul with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning.

The doctoral program will allow Cruz to further expand his knowledge in areas related to athletic performance, strength development, and high level athlete preparation. His continued academic work is focused on applying advanced training principles to support the development of competitive athletes.

Through this program, Cruz aims to further strengthen the training systems used at US Taekwondo Institute while continuing to work toward contributing to the preparation and development of athletes competing at the national and international level.
