US Taekwondo Institute Athletes Set to Compete at the US Open

Six athletes from US Taekwondo Institute will compete at one of the largest international taekwondo tournaments.
Six athletes from US Taekwondo Institute are set to compete this weekend at the US Open, one of the largest international taekwondo tournaments in the world. The event brings together athletes from many countries and provides an opportunity to compete against high level international competition.
Athletes representing US Taekwondo Institute include:
- Sidney Bennie (Senior Male -63 kg)
- Katelyn Cruz (Senior Female -49 kg)
- Jose Eduardo Herrera (Senior Male -54 kg)
- Jose Manuel Herrera (Cadet Male -53 kg)
- Maliyah White (Youth Female -30 kg)
- Michael White (Poomsae - Juniors)
Competing at events of this level provides valuable experience and allows athletes to test their skills against a diverse field of international competitors.
US Taekwondo Institute proudly supports these athletes as they represent the school at this year’s US Open.
